Because PE and CPE film is totally plastic film, can be heat welding, many factories and customers prefer this method, with this production method, the seal are all no hole and no leakage, very good for isolation because of the material features. No matter PE or CPE film are all made of LDPE and LLDPE plastic, they are very good to isolate air and liquid, when you wear it on you body, no matter the water or blood splash to your gown, maybe you can feel the tempreture, cold, warm or hot, but it will never pass through the gown to pollution your cloth or body.  And with this cheap material, these gowns are cheapest. But sealing way has its limitations, if you want it complex or need the gowns like cloth, it will be very difficult to do. So it need to be sewed as clothes done. It is not common, but do happen, and not easy to produce, because it is too thin for sewing.

SMS gown, best nonwoven gown type. SMS fabric is most expensive and best in all nonwoven fabric. 1. Forbid to produce, sell and use ultra-thin plastic bags

From June 1, 2008, forbid to produce, sale, and use the plastic shopping bags that less than 0.025 mm thickness in all over China. The National Development and Reform Commission should promptly revise the “Industrial Structure Adjustment Guidance Catalog” to put ultra-thin plastic shopping bags in the catalog of eliminated products. The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine should speed up revise the national standards for plastic shopping bags, formulate eye-catching marks for qualified plastic shopping bags, research the method how to easily and quickly check them, and urge enterprises to organize production in strict accordance with national standards to ensure the quality.

On July 17, 2020, nine departments including the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the General Administration of Market Supervision, and the General Cooperative of Supply and Marketing Jointly issued the “Notice on Solidly Promoting Plastic Pollution Control” to make arrangements for further improving plastic pollution control, especially the completion of the phased goals and tasks at the end of 2020. It is required to solidly promote the control of plastic pollution. Before the end of August, all localities should launch special law enforcement inspections on the promotion of plastic bans and restrictions in key areas such as shopping malls, supermarkets, bazaars, and catering industries.

It is prohibited to use medical waste as raw materials to manufacture plastic products. The import of waste plastics is completely banned. 2. Implement a paid use system for plastic shopping bags

Retail places such as supermarkets, shopping malls, and bazaars are the most concentrated places where plastic shopping bags are used, and most of them provide free plastic shopping bags. In order to guide the masses to use plastic shopping bags rationally and economically, since June 1, 2008, a paid use system of plastic shopping bags has been implemented in all retail places such as supermarkets, shopping malls, and bazaars, and plastic shopping bags are not allowed to be provided for free.   3. Disposable plastic products in hotels and hotels. Type of Face Masks

How face masks produced

The mask is composed of mask body and tensioning belt, of which the mask body is divided into three layers: inner, middle and outer, generally SMS structure. The “S” represents the spunbond layer, whose fiber diameter is relatively coarse, around 20 microns (μ m), and the 2 layers of S spunbond layer mainly serve to support the whole nonwoven structure, and do not play a big role in the barrier. The inner layer is an ordinary nonwoven fabric, mainly used to absorb moisture and water released by the wearer; the outer layer is a waterproof nonwoven fabric, mainly used to isolate the liquid sprayed by the patient; the most important thing inside the mask is the barrier layer or meltblown layer M (Meltblown), the fiber diameter of the meltblown layer is relatively fine, at about 2 microns (μ m), so only one tenth of the diameter of the spunbond layer, which is treated with electrophoresis Polypropylene meltblown nonwovens play a vital role in preventing the penetration of bacteria and blood.

The origin of meltblown nonwoven fabrics: Oil is cracked by distillation to obtain propylene, which is polymerized to form polypropylene (PP) particles. The polypropylene granules are melted and shaped to obtain polypropylene fibers. The working principle of meltblown nonwovens is to draw the polymer melt stream extruded from the spout hole of the die with high speed hot air, thus forming ultra-fine fibers and coalescing them on the receiving device to become a nonwoven fabric by its own bonding. The meltblown nonwoven is treated with a standing grade to increase electrostatic adsorption, achieving 95% filtration without changing breathing resistance and effective protection against viruses.

The production process of masks

After preparing the raw materials and equipment, the meltblown fabric and non-woven fabric which are divided into small rolls are put on the production line first. Firstly, 3 layers of non-woven fabric raw materials need to be laminated together and made into the main body of the mask through high frequency welding.The masks are all laminated structure, so that they can completely cover the mouth and nose after pulling them apart, but a machine is needed to fold the masks. The machine sets a small bevel angle in advance through 3 adjustable bevels, and the non-woven fabric finished by welding is gradually narrowed by the bevels to gather the folded structure. The folded structure is then compacted.With this process, the non-woven fabric is matched on one side to convey the metal wire, which is then stitched through the rolled edge, and the ear cords are threaded on the edge of the mask, which is then compacted. The individual cutting and sewing of the edges of the masks is mostly a fully automatic and manual process. There are subtle manufacturing differences from one mask to another, from stitched edges to direct heat pressed gluing. What comes out is a separate mask body. There is also a need to use adhesive on the edge of the mask, and the mechanical claw on this side sends the lanyard, and the lanyard is fixed on the mask by hot pressing the adhesive at the bottom there.During the production process, there are two large rolls of non-woven fabric on the left and right of the machine, which are used to reinforce the edge of the mask. After one side is wrapped, it is immediately flattened and glued. At this time, the masks that had been cut off are joined together again, and finally a machine cuts off the reinforcement side. In this way, a flat mask is produced.

The production of sterile masks also requires the use of ethylene oxide.Ethylene oxide is a broad-spectrum sterilizer that can kill various microorganisms at room temperature. Ethylene oxide is flammable and explosive and toxic to human body, so it needs to be left for 7 days for analysis after killing, and the residual amount is lower than the required value before it can be packaged and delivered to the factory for use by medical personnel.

The KN95 mask consists of a total of five layers, the outermost of which is a non-woven fabric with a water-resistant treatment. The second layer is hot air cotton. The third and fourth layers are two layers of electret treated meltblown fabric. KN95 uses 40 gsm or even higher gsm meltblown fabric.The innermost layer is a soft, skin-friendly non-woven fabric. Compared with other masks used in life to play a basic protective role, KN95 masks can give better protection.

The machines required for KN95 masks are sheeting machine, welding ear rope machine and sealing machine.

Mask Punching. Various rolls of fabric are installed on the transfer frame and passed through the main machine of the sheeting machine by traction, and then the fabric is welded together by ultrasonic welding when passing through the main machine, and then cut into the basic shape of the mask by cutting. Cutting is generally divided into cold cutting and hot cutting, and different cutting methods correspond to the use of certain differences in the tool. Mask welding ear cord. The cut mask body is welded to the mask body by the ear cord welding machine. The welding principle is to produce high temperature through ultrasonic waves and weld the ear cord and mask body together. There is a standard for the length of the ear cord. Too long to wear too loose, the mask is easy to fall off, can not play a protective role. Too short and will strangle the face and ear pain. Mask edge sealing. After the mask piece with welded ear cords is folded in half, the side edges are welded together by a sealing machine. Plastic Bags, Angles or Demons

Greta Thunberg, Times’ 2019 person of the year, youngest ever, use stronger sound to fight for the world’s environment than all of us. Though she do nothing just speaking, but her words are really like bomb to we, especially for me, manufacture of plastic bags, food bags, garbage bags, emesis bags, vomit bags and a lot of kinds of poly gloves, such as HDPE bags, LDPE bags, garbage bags with drawstring.

Plastic Bags are invented to protect the environment

Can be believe it? When i knew it at the first time, i laugh out, i think no one believe it, but it is totally true! Plastic bags are created to take place of paper bags, because in 20th century, too many wood was cut to produce bags and no company want to plant new trees. Sten Gustaf Thulin want to protect trees, so he invent the plastic bags. In the beginning, it is very thick and expensive, but after years developed, it is very thin and easy to make and get. By now, nearly everyone use it everyday, no one can give a accurate answer of how many pieces of plastic bags, emesis bags, garbage bags used in each day! Now it is really a big hurt to our environment and earth. What a pity! Things are no good or bad, that’s all because how our using them.

How Plastic Bags Made

Through many years developed, plastic bags are very easy to make now, and also can be made by many different materials. HDPE and LDPE bags are most common because of the bags can be very strong also very thin, so the price is the cheapest of all bags. PP bags contain OPP and CPP bags, it is made by PP and PE mixed material. EVA bags are very soft, strong and static. VCI bags are mainly produced to block air and products, make sure the products especially the metal things will not corroded by air. And many many different target bags…

LLDPE BLOWING MACHINEblank

PE bags is very cheap and can be found in everywhere even in the deep ocean. It is made by HDPE or LDPE mixed with LLDPE, blew by blowing machine, then seal the film, bag finished. Very easy and machines are very cheap, that’s why it is everywhere. Emesis bags are also belong to LDPE bags, easy to use and also very strong. Garbage bags are made of HDPE, very thin also very strong enough. Drawstring garbage bags are one type of it, the most common type is star bottom rubbish bags.

PP bags are a little expensive than PE bags, and brittle. It is usually made to pack things because it is shiny, looks beautiful. OPP bags is the first type pf it, very brittle, loved by people. CPP bags is developed to make the bags more strong but not as shin as OPP bags. The film is made by casting machines, very expensive. After film made, it is need to composite with other film, if it is combined with PE, it is called CPP film.

EVA bags is very soft because of the material EVA, melting point is very low, so it is mainly used to pack clothes. The bag looks very beautiful and expensive, soft, smooth and also very strong. It can be made by blowing machines also can be made by casting machines. But recently, it is made by casting machines mainly because the film surface looks very good.

VCI bags is made to keep the products off air. It is made with blowing machines with special material VCI.

Kinds of PE BAGS

After many years manufacture, we focused on produce PE poly bags, for food contact, medical contact, easy carry, sickness person, vomit, emesis, paper, garbage, rubbish and so on…

Food contact bags: HDPE and LDPE bags are all used to pack food by different persons. HDPE bags can inhibit bacterial growth because of the material HDPE, so it is used a lot to pack foods, also the bags are very thin and cheap. But because the material is very hard, it can’t carry things high weight, but LDPE bags can. LDPE has very good heat sealing performance, can carry very high weight foods only need to make sure the bags are strong enough.

Medical contact bags: Most bags are made by HDPE, because HDPE bags can kill bacteria. Also some customers use paper laminated bags to pack medical things, after packed, use EO or X-ray to sterile them.

Garbage bags: Everyday we use them, mainly produced by HDPE, because it can be very very thin, thinner than a paper, 8 microns. From toilet bins to garden rubbish, from 8 microns to 25 microns, dimensions from 44*46cm to 110*85cm, and even bigger. Most common type is star seal bottom, also called star block bottom, tie handle star sealed, bin liner bags. A new developed type is drawstring trash bags, the same strong, you can easily throw it away after you using.

Emesis vomit bags: Every one has uncomfortable time, and sometimes need to vomit especially on plane, bus, ship, car and other transport. It is produced by a bag and a PP circle, bags need very strong and will not broken for ever.

Fully degradation plastic bags

When the Europe start to ban the disposable plastic products, all importers and brand owners search and look for the substitute. But found no one other things can take place of them, so they start to let the suppliers to develop the degradation bags.

At the first time, 50% degradation bags are easily created by using calcium carbonate, then 80%, 90%. After some big company develop PAT, PBAT, and plastic cornflour, we can produce totally 100% degradation bags. But it is very expensive, nearly 2-3 times than normal bags because of the material price. Maybe 10 years later the material will be much cheaper.

Plastic bags are only bags

Plastic bags are only bags, what i mean is how it influence the environment or earth depends on how we use them and recycle them. Nearly all plastic bags, include Food contact bags, pe bags, garbage bags, rubbish bags, emesis vomit bags, what ever they all can be recycled. But after we used it, we never remember to carry them up and recycle them, we only throw them away, it cause many problems.

We should love them! Plastic bags give us much easier life, and we will use them for ever.

Disposable cloth protect your pigs away from ASF

China is the biggest pork consumer market in the world, African Swine Fever really affect a lot this year. 2019, in China, we also call it Pig year, and in past 9 months, it is really a “Pig” year. The pork price increase nearly every week, from 20 to 60 RMB.

African Swine Fever, first discovered in Africa, infect domestic pigs and various wild boars (such as African wild boar, European wild boar, etc.) causing an acute, hemorrhagic, severe infectious disease. Once one pig has ASF, in one week,all pigs in farm will have it, it is very quick and harmful, pigs will die in one month, and we don’t have any cure medicine till now. The only one way to protect other pigs or farms is to kill them all! Cruel and helpless, no farm owner want to do it, but once your pigs has it, this is the only method.

All farm owner realize that all workers should be sterilized and wear disposable medical products before they touch the pigs and leave the farms, this is the best way and most economic way to protect pigs and their farms.

First we should wear the nonwoven face mask, stretch it to make sure your month and nose are covered.

Second, wear the disposable cap, open it and cover your ears and hairs, if you have long hairs, you should disk it before you wear the cap.

Third, wear the disposable cloth, zipped.

Fourth, wear the trousers(if the cloth is not pant), and cover the cloth into trousers.

Fifth, wear the boots and cover the trousers.

Finally, wear the disposable gloves.

How the cloth develop

More and more farms has started to request the workers wearing the disposable cloth before they go into the stock farm, to protect the animals also workers self. Many farm owners can’t afford so much cost on the disposable protect things each day, they shut down the farms, it’s a pity. Some farms are struggling to hold on, and they want cheaper protect cloths not only the gown.

Marine plastic garbage harm to everyone

Human creat the plastic,and the plastic has come back to feedback us.

Plastic is our most normal material in our life, but every piece of used platic will possiblely flow into ocean finally. By reported, the plastic garbage in ocean is already 3 million square kilometres, bigger than India! And there is a total plastic floating island bigger than 700 thousand square kilometres.

As reported by England’s newspaper, every year human throw about 5 million tons plastic garbage into the ocean, and lots of very tiny plastic particles have produced into sea fish and sea salt, finally eaten by people. Every year, a comman person who do not eat sea food will also eat about 1000 pieces  plastic particles, but for some guys who likes to eat sea food, that will increase to 11000 pieces! How terrible it is! We really need to focuse on this problem, or after 50 years there will be nothing clear food for us!
