Bitoor Plastic’s boss Mr. Di start to do disposable plastic gloves production from 2005, the first generation in China who start this business. Before this, he sell machines. But he found disposable gloves are daily use product, will be used in everyday and by everybody!
Plastic gloves contain HDPE gloves, LDPE gloves, CPE gloves, TPE Gloves, PVC gloves ( Vinyl Gloves), Nitrile Gloves and Latex Gloves. HDPE and LDPE gloves are also called PE gloves, both are produced by blowing film, very cheap and very thin. CPE and TPE gloves are made from casting film, thicker and strong enough, but they are also made by stamping, so they can’t be used in medical service. PVC, Nitrile, Latex Gloves are made from dipping, much heavier but much stronger than other gloves, Latex is the best but most expensive.
Bitoor Plastic develop TPE gloves as second generation of CPE Gloves in 2009, very popular in world’s food contact market, because of the smooth feeling, good grip, strong tensile, very good elongation, also green to environment, and cheaper than PVC and Nitrile gloves. It can be recycled easily, don’t need DOP to produce or recycle.
Nearly 20 years experience makes us very expert on producing plastic gloves, especially produce disposable PE gloves, CPE gloves and TPE gloves. Bitoor is the biggest manufacturer in the world producing CPE gloves and TPE gloves, also the best. We have approved ISO 9001, ISO 14001, BRC, HACCP, Social Responsibility Audit, CE, FDA and so many customers’ requirement audits. Because we observe the quality system every day in our production and quality control.
CPE gloves and TPE gloves are so welcome in the world especially in Japan and USA, because CPE gloves are much cheaper than PVC gloves and strong enough for food factories’ workers’ a whole day using. TPE gloves a little expensive then CPE gloves, but much stronger than it, so also very welcome in food contact. It can supply a whole day protect to workers. They are environment welcome of course, no DOP will be used, and no Latex, no Vinyl, no Nitrile.
